Great for salmon!
I use the Cajun Seasoning regularly on salmon filets, pan-fried until blackened. It's my favorite way to prepare salmon, and I seldom prepare salmon any other way. I've recommended this to several friends, and they're all addicted to it too! I like that it is salt-free and not hot--you can add cayenne and salt, but you can't take it out. A squeeze of lime is the only other thing you need.
