European Peppercorn blend brings together the two most popular types of peppercorns in European kitchens. It is a combination of our premium Malaysian whole white peppercorns and finest vine-ripened whole black Tellicherry peppercorns.

White peppercorns are from the same plant as black peppercorns, but have been soaked until their sharp black outer shell comes off, giving them a more mellow and slightly fermented flavor that goes well with strong flavors and meaty dishes. The fruitier and sharper Tellicherry peppercorns add a bright note, making this combination of pepper flavors wonderful for cooking of all styles.
