Curry is associated with Indian cooking, but curry powders are more British than Indian. We mix our curry from over a dozen spices for a subtle, balanced flavor, perfect for making curries eggs or vegetables, curried chicken, and classic British Indian dishes like mulligatawny soup or kedgeree. Mix with plain yogurt, cream, or coconut milk to make a sauce for sautéing vegetables or chicken.
Although Indian food is often fiery hot, this curry powder is based on British-style curries, so the heat level isn’t overwhelming. For those who prefer no heat at all, we offer a Sweet Curry Powder.
Hand mixed from: turmeric, coriander, cayenne red pepper, China No. 1 ginger, Indian cumin, white pepper, cinnamon, fenugreek, fennel, nutmeg, arrowroot, cardamom, cloves, and Tellicherry pepper.
