On our recent trip to Portugal, we discovered the wonder that is Peri Peri! This fiery blend is a hybrid of Portuguese, African, and Brazilian cuisine. We loved the sauce so much, we created our own version! This flavorful and spicy blend is amazing on beef, pork, chicken, veggies and seafood. To make a marinade or sauce, mix 3 tablespoons of our Peri Peri blend with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and ½ tablespoon of vinegar. For best results, let your marinade sit a for few hours or overnight so that the flavors can marry. You can also sprinkle the blend directly onto your meal!
