We grind your poppy seed powder to order in an antique roller mill. These small mills are no longer made today and we've been lucky enough to locate a few. The mill basically crushes the seeds and splits them open. Electric mills or food processors will work, but the real old-fashioned German ladies tell us that this is far too fine with too much oil for their baking purposes. Our poor old mills get a real workout at Christmastime!
