Guinness Chili
The Aleppo chili pepper, also called Halaby or Turkish pepper, has a salty flavor with subtle notes of raisin, pomegranate and even sun-dried tomato. Though this pepper originates in the Syrian town of Aleppo, today we source it from a Turkish region just south of Aleppo. Use this chili pepper anywhere you would use the crushed red chili flake; add it to pasta, pizza, chili or anywhere you want to add a flavorful mild heat. These chiles average around 2,500-7,500 Scoville heat units. Ingredients: Chiles, vegetable oil, salt.
Been hearing about them my whole life, didn't know if they could live up to the hype. Especially whatever version in whatever condition we're likely to see here. No worries. Tangy, aromatic, ever so slightly sweet, almost fruity, they go with just about everything. Eggs, salads, beef, potatoes, sauces and stir frys. A keeper.
These have so much flavor and are great on everything from avocado toast to grilled shrimp
I love these peppers as well as the Urfa Bieber. Both really nice and warm spices for anything.
Hard for me to find anyplace else so i am glad you have this in stock. A favorite of my wife and son. They put it on pizza!
This is an amazing product! I’ve started adding Aleppo to just about everything warm and spicy that I make. I’ve ordered this product at least three times and will continue to keep it in stock at my house.
