This Vietnamese-Inspired blend draws in all areas of the palate with citrus flavor up front, followed by the warm pungency of ginger; leading to a hint of bitter herbs, then the heat of the chilies emerges. Quickly flash-fry this blend in oil to begin a great stir-fry, or use it as a nice addition to cold pasta or noodle salads.
