I often make soup by just taking what I have and on hand and oftentimes starts with a chicken or beef broth and add a tomato profile then whatever else sounds good and is in the fridge. I decided to try adding the Central Street Seasoning instead of messing with my normal concoction (which is tasty) and I was very happy with the depth of flavor it provided. It saved time, was superior and maintained a great spice to salt level. I am glad I found this spice before Soup Season!!
