I have used this seasoning for years, ever since I first discovered it at The Spice House in Milwaukee on a visit. Besides making great Fajitas, I use it to flavor beans, Mexican rice, sprinkle on nachos and flavor the outside of my tortillas when I heat them.
This seasoning isn't just for fajitas as it adds just the right amount of zip to any dish. I use it on many different foods from meats, fish, veggies, even mashed potatoes. Even those who don't like really spicy foods like this seasoning since it isn't overwhelming.
the blend is perfect! I use it for many recipes. Thanks.
