Perfect for so many dishes
I cook a lot and I love those chives, they smell so fresh and add a nice subtle but distinctive taste. I use them in salad dressings, both creamy ones and vinaigrettes, in omelettes, on grilled fish and mixed in with cauliflower rice or mashed cauliflower (mashed potato replacement). They are also great in vegetable soups such as asparagus cream soup or beefy oxtail soup. I also put them in cheddar biscuits (the gluten free kind made with almond flour). Endless possibilities and a more delicate taste compared to green onions. I just wish they would be sold in larger bags :)
