Ground Celery Seeds

Rated 5.0 out of 5
1 Review

Celery grew wild in Sicily, was carried north as a medicinal plant, and, by the 17th century, was eaten in France and Italy as salad. Gardeners realized planting it late yielded longer, milder stalks that survived winter. Today, our fragrant Ground Celery Seeds are delicious in slaw, essential for pickles, and a pleasant addition to salad dressings. Also available in Whole Celery Seeds.

Love the Ground Celery Seeds

I bought this to replace celery salt in my cooking so I could have more flavor and add salt to my liking. When I first received it, the color and smell were wonderful! I used it for the first time today on my English peas, and it adds great flavor! This will be a staple in my spice cabinet!
