For a delicious pan roasted salmon, add butter and garlic to the pan. Add sliced mushrooms and a teaspoon of mushroom sock. Reduce with a 1/4 cup of white wine. Add salmon steaks and cook to your prefered temperature. Ingredients: Mushroom Stock, Sherry Wine (contains sulfites, naturally occurring in wine), Tapioca Starch, Salt, Spices, Natural Garlic Extract.
