Classy subtleties
Love using Parisian Shallots salt-free in egg dishes, on potatoes, tuna salad. It adds a "je ne sais quoi" fresh essence to everything. I could probably do more with it and probably shall. Like on chicken and veggies too. Can't wait to try.
