Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cookies
For half a century, Vietnamese cinnamon was extremely hard to find in the United States. We grind the Vietnamese Cinnamon bark in house, and it produces a dark, rich cinnamon with quite a bit of spiciness. We love this cinnamon in sweet baking recipes where cinnamon is the starring flavor, especially cinnamon rolls, French toast, and apple pie. It’s by far our cooks' favorite cinnamon. Ingredients: Cassia cinnamon.
