Tellicherry Pepper

Bought it specifically to make tellicherry chicken with smoked Gouda and sourdough pasta. A dish we enjoyed in a restaurant in Seattle Washington. It did not disappoint!
Now I use it in any recipe that calls for crack black pepper.
