This version is perfect for those who want to monitor their salt level without skimping on the flavor. To use as a dry rub, just sprinkle on about 1/2 teaspoon per pound of meat. For those who like a bit of sauce, mix 1-2 tablespoons with 1 cup ketchup to make a hearty dressing. Ingredients: Paprika, allspice, chiles, cane sugar, nutmeg, pepper, garlic, dill, thyme, cinnamon.
