We use only the highest quality ingredients in this fine baking blend. Use 2-3 teaspoons per 9-inch pie. In addition to pumpkin pie, this blend enhances any type of vegetable bread, including pumpkin or zucchini bread. Carrot cake, banana bread, fruit tarts or muffins, coffee cakes, fruit pies, sweet potato or winter squash pie, and spice cakes are all greatly enhanced with this versatile baker's spice blend. Use about 1/2 teaspoon per cup of batter. Pumpkin Spice Blend is very nice sprinkled lightly over French toast or waffles. In the fall and winter, when squash is abundant, try this spice blend in your baked squash dishes and soups.
