This recipe was named by a friend of mine, as the only good thing I got out of my first marriage, and the $15,000 dollars it cost me. We all thought this was hilarious.
It is a personal favorite of mine (and everyone I give it to).
It's really simple, but really, really tasty.
4 Large Chicken Breasts
Cut chicken breasts into required sized pieces, and place in a single layer in a large dish.
Pour a generous amount of olive oil over the chicken. Pour a slightly less generous amount of Worcestershire sauce over the chicken. Then, sprinkle on the Cajun seasoning to cover the chicken. Let sit to marinate.
After approximately 10 minutes, turn all the chicken over, and again, sprinkle Cajun seasoning to cover the chicken.
Cook, preferably on the grill, and enjoy.
This recipe is also great with small pieces of chicken, onions, and peppers grilled on skewers.
