Argyle Street Avocado Toast Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 slice hearty bread, toasted
  • 1/2 small Hass avocado
  • 1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 carrot, shaved into ribbons or sliced into thin coins
  • 1 small seedless cucumber, shaved
  • 1-2 teaspoons Argyle Street Blend

Preparation Instructions

Mash avocado, lemon juice, and Argyle Street blend together.

Smear on toasted bread, top with carrots, cucumbers, and sprouts.

Serve and eat immediately.

Optional additions: soft boiled qual eggs, hot chile pepper slices, marinated tofu, or radish.
