In a large bowl mash the bananas, and blend the egg, half & half and raw cocoa nibs. Stir in the flour. Heat the oil in a large skillet over a med-high heat. Drop in a few spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil. When bubbles appear turn and cook the other side. Serve with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream, powder sugar and chocolate syrup!
