4-5 servings


Heat a Pan. (Concave cast iron preferred.)

Add 1/2 cup water, add ground beef, cook.

Add ginger garlic paste, cook.

Add slice onions. Cook.
Add slice tomatoes. Cook.

Add salt, cayenne, turmeric and green chillies.

Don't let your food get dry, keep adding a little water.

To finish add freshly cut cilantro and serve hot.

Accompany with roti, tortilla or rice.
