Cast Iron Chili



In a large cast iron pan, sweat the green bell peppers, onions and celery in 1 tbsp olive oil, remove and set aside. In same pan, brown off the ground beef, straining off fat if needed. Add the Vulcan's Fire Salt, cumin and pepper. Add the cooked vegetables, the tomato juice and the tomato paste, and the beef base. Stir well and simmer on med heat until the desired thickness is reached. (usually 20 mins) Enjoy with friends and laughter.
