Cucumbers with Sour Cream

My mother loved cucumbers and had several different side dishes she made with them.



4 as a side dish


After slicing the cucumber, salt heavily, and set aside for 1/2 hour to allow the juices to come out.

Drain and wash the cucumber, squeezing out all of the liquid. Add the sour cream and Lake Shore Drive Seasoning. Stir and serve.

It is even better if allowed to sit in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour prior to serving.
