In a small saucepan place, add small duck fat in the pan and begin to heat over a low to medium flame.
Spread heated duck fat over entire pan. Add walnuts and heat.
Turn walnuts when needed making sure not to overcook. Remove from pan.
Pat dry with paper towels thoroughly.
Sprinkle with kosher salt and then Chicago Old Town Premium Spiced Sugar.
Repeat process when making more.
