Coat the turkey with maple syrup and then add a good coating of Gateway to the North seasoning.
Put turkey on the grill or smoker, at 200-250 degrees fahrenheit.
Cook/smoke for 40 minutes per pound meat.
When the turkey has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees, it is done.
Cover with tinfoil and let bird rest for roughly 20-30 minutes before serving.
