its a personal favourite self discovered receipe
heat olive oil in a pan & fry the chicken(cut medium sized pieces) till golden Brown.in the meantime add mint leaves, green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic,onions in a mixer & prepare a paste.then add this paste into the golden brown chicken along with cumin powder, black pepper powder & dry coriander powder with red chilly flakes & salt to taste & let the chicken to cook in its own water. in the end garnish the chicken with roasted sesame seeds & green coriander leaves & serve it with wheat flour chapatti or as per choice with anyother roti.
1. use green chillies, red chilly flakes as per taste.
2. optionally hung curd could be added to make thick gravy.
3. milk cream, almond paste could also be added to make it more heavy along with lot of butter especially to be consumed during winters.
