Lake Shore Drive Creamed Chicken Recipe

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Lake Shore Drive Seasoning
  • 1 bag frozen peas
  • 6 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and quartered

Preparation Instructions

In medium pan boil potatoes till fork tender; set aside. In large pan saute chicken till golden brown and juices run clear; about15 to 20 minutes. Set aside. In the same pan mix together sour cream, cream cheese, garlic and LAKE SHORE DRIVE SEASONING BLEND. Over medium heat, cook the sauce till smooth. Add the chicken pieces to the sauce and cook for 20 minutes. Finally add the potatoes and peas and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

If you eliminate the potatoes and peas and substitute cauliflower pieces, this is a KETOGENIC/low carb/high fat diet recipe! A super creamy chicken with yummy cream cheese/sour cream gravy from the pan drippings. Wonderful!! I've added it to my Keto cookbook. Thanks!!

When is the chicken stock added? In the ingredients list but no mention of it in the instructions??
