Lemon Pomegranate Cooler

This tasty beverage was served at the 2015 Central Street Sidewalk Sale in Evanston.

Ingredients

Instructions

Steep hibiscus flowers in hot or boiling water for 15 minutes to make a deep red tea.
Stir together lemonade and pomegranate molasses with a whisk or immersion blender. Add cold water and hibiscus tea.
Stir and serve chilled or over ice.

Also delicious made with limeade.
