Moroccan Carrot Salad with Orange Flower Water Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3-4 medium carrots, very fresh
  • 2 capfuls (about 2 teaspoons) orange flower water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh-sqeezed orange juice
  • drizzle of lemon-infused olive oil

Preparation Instructions

Grate the carrots straight into a large bowl. Sprinkle over the orange blossom water and orange juice. Drizzle with lemon oil and stir well. Chill well before serving.

Helpful Hints

If you don't want to use oil, a little lemon zest could be grated into the salad instead.
