Mix all ingredients in a measuring cup and then pour into a salad dressing cruet and vigorously shake to create an emulsification. Don't just try to fork stir as the spice blend will clump/lump and not be as effective.
Pour into a bowl and mix with one pound of kebab sized chunks of chicken or lamb
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour, but longer is always better!
Grill the meat as you normally do and enjoy!
