Omelette Dosa Recipe

Preparation Instructions

First Heat 3 Tbsp of oil in a pan. When oil gets hot, add chopped onion and saute it till golden brown, add chopped tomato, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt. Saute all this till tomato gets soft and this mixture leaves oil. Finish this by adding chopped cilantro. Remove this mixture into a bowl and add grated cheese and mix it well. Keep this mixture separate. In a another bowl beat 2 eggs. Heat an omelette pan and add 1 tbsp of butter and make a plain omelette. Repeat this for the remaining 2 eggs. Place each omelette on a flat surface and put half the tomato/onion mixture in each, then roll them up. Then cut this roll in 3 pieces and have it with Bread or Pav (soft rolls). Pav or bread tastes good if it is heated with butter.
