This recipe is not as sweet as many coffeehouses’ versions of the drink, allowing the flavor of the pumpkin and spices to stand out more. Using real pumpkin to make your own pumpkin spice latte will thicken the drink, and there will be some amount of pulp.
1. Brew espresso in espresso machine or moka pot
2. Heat milk in microwave, small saucepan, or with steamer on espresso machine,
until slightly hotter than desired drinking temperature.
3. Combine all ingredients using blender, immersion blender, or whisk.
4. Garnish with a dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice.
