Quebec Beef Spice Marinade Recipe

Preparation Instructions

Just blend the beef spice, red wine vinegar and the olive oil and pour over 4 large steaks to marinate. Let stand 30 minutes. Take the steaks out and cook as desired. Reserve the marinade and add the beef base and butter to it in a pot. Heat to a boil for an au jus.

Yield: 1 cup

Excellent marinade! Steaks had a great flavor and the Au Jus sauce came out perfect. We added a little flour to the sauce to thicken it up just a tad.
