Salt and Pepper Almond Pick Up Sticks

Milwaukee store manager Kate wants to do a class in just salt and pepper and so I developed this recipe to use in her class.





Preheat oven to 300° and line a baking sheet with parchment.

Mix kosher salt and Extra Coarse Tellicherry black pepper into egg. Mix almond sticks into egg mixture. Spread on parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 10 minutes. Stir up to loosen from sheet as well as break up the large clumps. Bake another 10 minutes or until dry.

Let cool and serve
