Sour Cream Raisin Pie

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add sugars, salt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Add lemon zest, if desired. Mix well. Stir in sour cream and raisins. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes in preheated oven, then reduce heat to 325 degrees.Bake another 25-30 minutes.
