Preparation Instructions

Blend the 3 ingredients thoroughly. Use to marinate fish, pork, or chicken - cover meat with liquid and let sit in refrigerater 1 hour to overnight.

This is one of my favorite things to make chicken with. It's weird in that there's a part of me that doesn't care for the flavor but there's much more of me that loves it so that's why I'm rating it as excellent. My suggestion would be to cook extra because while it's really good the day you cook it after it's had time to sit in the fridge for a day or two it really intensifies the flavor. Don't let that little part of me that doesn't care for it scare you away from it go ahead and try it you'll love it. My daughter also uses the spice blend on chicken fried steaks and swears it's awesome.
