For appetizer size, cut cheese into 3rds.
Place, basil, Parmesan cheese, paprika and garlic on a large flat plate. Mix them together. Roll the cheese in this mixture. Dust a worksurface lightly with cornstarch. Place the wrappers in front of you on worksurface so a point is facing you. Place cheese on thee bottom 1/3rd of the wrapper, roll a little, tuck in the sides, continue to roll. Seal the roll with a little water on your finger and place them on a cornstarch coated tray. Heat oil to 350 degrees and fry rolls, till golden brown. turning them over at least once. Remove to absorbent paper and sprinkle with salt. Serve hot with my Doctored- Up Tomato Sauce.
