Becky's Tangy Citrus Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

2 Chicken Breasts
2 ounces Frozen Lemonade Concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons Honey
1/4 teaspoon Sage
1/8 teaspoon Ground Mustard
1/8 teaspoon Thyme
1/8 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Caribbean Calypso Seasoning

Preparation Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in a baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour half of mixture over chicken. Bake uncovered 20 minutes. Turn chicken and top with remaining sauce. Bake another 15-20 minutes.

I ended up doubling the glaze and adding a piece more spice but it was very tasty!

Strawberries are too delicate to be picked by machine. The perfectly ripe ones even bruise at too heavy a human touch.
