Curry Turkey Breast Recipe

  • 3 pounds turkey breast, cubed
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup curry powder
  • 2 15 ounce cans stewed tomatoes
Preparation Instructions

Mix turkey with tomatoes, butter and curry powder. Place in large sauce pan and bring to simmer. Simmer until turkey is done.

Serve with pita bread cut into triangles.

For a low-sodium dish, make sure you use low-sodium canned tomatoes.
