Garden Potato Salad Recipe
- 5 pounds red potatoes
- 1/2 large onion
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 pound sour cream
- 1/4 cup Garden Salad Seasoning
Dice the red potatoes and boil them in salted water until fork-tender. Dice the onion and celery. When the potatoes are done, mix everything together in a large bowl and chill.
For a lower calorie salad, use low fat sour cream or yogurt.
