After may years of using "other" cocoas, we discovered the Spice House's Dutched cocoa powder... we now drink more hot cocoa than ever before. This recipe took some time to get perfect, but it was worth the wait and mistakes.
Six servings or Two large mugs
Mix cocoa, sugar and salt in saucepan. Stir in water. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until mixture boils. Boil for two minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in milk and heat. Do NOT boil.
Remove from heat, and add vanilla.
Top with mini-marshmallows and serve.
