This recipe comes from our Milwaukee store, where Old Taylor Street Cheese Sprinkle is called Brady Street Cheese Sprinkle. Staff always talks about using the cheese sprinkle on garlic bread, so here's a recipe for how to do it.

Ingredients

• 1 one pound loaf Italian, Sesame Semolina, or Sourdough Bread, sliced
• 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
• 2 Tablespoons Old Taylor Street Cheese Sprinkle
• 1 stick (1/2 Cup) butter, softened

6-8

Preparation Instructions

Preheat oven to 375º. Combine ingredients except bread into a paste. Place bread on parchment lined cookie sheet in single layer. Spread paste evenly. Bake 10-12 min or to lightly browned on edges

Helpful Hints

Bread can be lightly toasted so that it is soft or longer so that it is firm; that is a personal preference.
