This is a personal favorite since I don't eat red meat but love a good burger! I've developed this one over time and found that everyone loves it!
4 1/4 lb. burgers
Mix all the ingredients (except 1/4 cup of bbq sauce, Milwaukee Ave Steak Seasoning, and salt and pepper) together with your hands and form 4 equal size patties. Top each patty with salt, pepper, and most importantly, Milwaukee Ave Steak Seasoning.
Grill or pan fry. The grated cheese and breadcrumbs help to hold the burgers together on the grill. As the burgers are grilling (approximately 20 minutes) baste them with the remaining bbq sauce.
Delicious!
You can also top your burger with your favorite cheese (feta, cheddar, provolone) about 4-5 minutes before they are finished cooking.
Serve with fresh tomato, avocado, grilled onion, extra bbq sauce, etc.
Fresh chopped basil or cilantro also add great flavor to the burger mix.
You can play with the measurements, because I am a cook that rarely measures a thing. I do everything by sight.

Before the 1970's real men not only didn't eat quiche, they didn't eat much of anything that hadn't been hacked from a bovine quadruped and served in its simplest form, along with fried, baked, or mashed potatoes.
