Saffron Rice Recipe

  • 1 cup Long Grain Rice, uncooked
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Saffron, crumbled

Preparation Instructions

Place rice, water, butter, salt and saffron in a large, heavy saucepan. Bring to boil. Stir, reduce heat to simmer, cover pan and cook until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
