Tortilla chips can be made easily at home. The benefits are piping hot chips and a wonderful kitchen aroma.
2 Servings
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Quarter tortillas with knife.
Pour juice into shallow bowl. Mix seasonings and sprinkle mix on plate. Dredge each tortilla in juice and then coat 1 side of the tortilla with the seasoning mix. Place on 2 ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 20 minutes, swapping cookie sheet positions after 10 minutes.
By varying the blend of Spice House spices, you can adjust this recipe to your taste for hot more Pilsen Latino) or mild (more Adobo) seasoned chips.

You can say this for ready-mixes - the next generation isn't going to have any trouble making pies exactly like mother used to make.
