Simple Spare Ribs Recipe

Simple Spare Ribs Notes

This is a simple tailgate recipe I've been using since college. No time for a smoker, so the smoked sea salt adds a nice smokey tint.

Preparation Instructions

Mix salt and pepper together into a rub. Brush the ribs with oil. Rub ribs with salt & pepper mix. Grill over low heat (from a burner on opposite side of grill) until done, about 2 hours (depends on grill).

Helpful Hints

If your grill has two burners place the ribs over one burner (kept off) and set the other burner on low.
