Spiced Sweet Potatoes Notes

Preparation Instructions

Boil sweet potatoes in water to cover in saucepan until tender. Peel and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Mix cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and salt in bowl. Layer sweet potatoes in 2x10-inch round baking dish, sprinkling each layer with some of the spice mixture, dotting with butter and drizzling with noney. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through.
