I love fresh tuna and fresh salmon on the grill. This is a simple Marinade, but oh... the flavor is to die for. The main Recipe does about 2 pounds.
2 cup
Mix ingredients together and set aside for 10 minutes. Put marinade in the container that you intend to use to marinate your fish. (One that has a tight lid) Put in fish and marinate 8-12 hours, turning several times.
I sprinkle a little of the sunny singapore seasoning on top of fish and press lightly.
Large Ziploc bags make excellent marinating pouches.
