The Spice House now carries a small line of select certified organic spices.
It's always been our goal to carry spices with the best possible flavor, and for a long time that hasn't included organic spices. Most of the spices we buy are grown with organic practices but without certification, and we've worked to build relationships with our growers over 50 years in business. But with an increase in consumer interest in organic, sustainable agriculture, more spice growers are adhering to certifiable organic standards. We have found a limited number of organic spices which meet our high standards for flavor and quality.
