Caribbean Calypso Seasoning features the citrus flavors so loved on the islands: lemon, lime, and orange.
In addition to the citrusy zing, we added two other island favorites: nutmeg and chiles (we toned the chiles down a bit for us Yankees). This creation is really flavorful for chicken, pork, flying fish (or any other type of non-flying fish)! Add to mango chutney or salsas. Our best blend for grilled duck breast. Hand mixed from: Kosher flake salt, orange, lemon, & lime peel, citric acid, coriander, ancho chile peppers, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper.
Reminds me of my of safari in Africa. Somebody forgot the corkscrew and for several days we had to live on nothing but food and water.
